Returns & Exchange

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days to raise a request from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it with all tags and labels attached. Your item must be in its original packaging.

You can place a return/exchange request through the following link Returns A LINE         We will arrange for a reverse pickup, for which a reverse shipping cost will be charged as follows:

Single outfit - Rs.180/-

Two outfits - Rs.250/-

Three or more outfits - Rs.350/-

We only take size exchanges one time and not more than that, until and unless you have received wrong/damaged product.                                                                              Your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Please note that the requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted. And shipping costs are non refundable.

Refunds 

We have two options for processing a refund:

1. Store Credit- Store credit of an equal amount is issued which can be used in future purchases from the brand website. This credit is available for 6 months.

2. Bank Refund- We refund the amount in your bank account (After deducting the shipping and reverse pickup cost).

 We need the following details- name, account number, IFSC code, Bank name, and branch name to process the refund.

 All refunds are processed within 14 days of successful reverse pickup.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for paid orders not accepted by customers within the delivery timeline.

Sale Items and Customizations

  • We do not offer returns for items bought during the CLEARANCE SALE OR FLASH SALE (sale that occurs with a timeline) , they can only be exchanged for a different size.
  • Customized and altered products are ineligible for return/exchange

Wrong or Damaged items

All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, if you have received a damaged product, please notify us at team@alinestore.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please write to team@alinestore.in with the subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
